Kevin is amazing! He is so knowledgeable, supportive and professional. Kevin listened to all of our requests and presented properties to us that met all of our needs on a daily basis. He is great with technology and set up several apps and automatic emails so that we would be notified right away about new properties that met our search parameters. Kevin scheduled all of the showings, picked us up at our apartment, and gave us a beautiful packet of all of the listings that we would see that day. Kevin thought of everything! Once we were ready to make an offer, Kevin really helped us determine and negotiate the best price.
